What if I receive the wrong goods?
No Problem. Simply email us (sales@itlsush.com) with the problem. We arrange for the goods to be collected and your original goods to be sent to you!
What if my goods are damaged?
Simple fill in our easy claim form from the couriers, your goods will be re-sent once the claim has been processed!
When do I get my Goods?
If you order your goods before 1 pm you receive them on the next working day (Mon to Fri - between 9-5)
How do I get my Goods?
All goods are sent via recorded courier for next working day delivery
Will ITSLUSH syrup work with my slush machine?
YES. Our Syrup is mixed 1 litre of Syrup with 5 litres of water. So long as you use our Syrup in this ratio it can be used with ANY Slush machine.
Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, it's just a little bit different to UK mainland. Simply email your order to SALES@ITSLUSH.COM and we will work out the delivery cost for you and email you back. When you want the goods we process your payment for you!
Can I use ITSLUSH syrup in my fizzy slush machine?
Yes! Our Slush syrup is easy to use with any slush machine (check your settings because you may have to turn the gas off for the fizzy machines!)
